The service
Atclaim submits username claims for Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat on your behalf through each platform’s own reporting and support processes. It does not offer anything else. Atclaim is independent and is not affiliated with Meta or any platform named on this site.
The platform decides
Each platform makes every final decision. Nothing on this site or in our messages is a promise about an outcome or a timeline. We tell you what we will submit and what comes back.
Price and payment
The price is agreed with you in writing, in your chat or email, before any work begins. The payment method is agreed at the same time. Asking whether a handle looks workable costs nothing.
Refund
If a claim fails you receive a 100% refund of what you paid for that claim. A claim fails when the handle is not made available to your account through the official process. Our pricing and refunds page explains the definition in plain language.
What you agree
- You have a genuine reason to want the handle, such as your name, your brand, a registered mark or a handle you previously held.
- The information you give us is accurate and you have the right to submit it.
- You will not ask us to buy, sell, swap or broker an account, to use automation, or to submit false or mass reports.
- You will never send us your password or login codes.
What we will not do
We will not use bypass tricks, fake documents, false reports or any method that breaks Instagram’s rules. If the only route to a handle would require one of those, we will tell you the claim is not something we can run.
Liability
Atclaim is liable only for the service as described here. Because Instagram controls the handle, we are not responsible for Instagram’s decisions, for changes to its processes, or for the loss of a handle after it has been moved to your account. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
