Do this now
- On the login screen, tap Get help logging in.
- Check your email for a message from Instagram about a changed email. It may include a link to secure your account.
- If offered, complete the selfie video check.
- Once back in, change the password and turn on two-factor.
- Check the username and fix it while it is free.
